I'm using the guru drum program.. for each of my drums i have an auxiliary track with plug ins so I can make each one hit real hard. Every time i hit a pad it the sample is played a good while after and sometimes not at all. If I press multiple drum pads the sound disappears completely and i can't play any of the samples. This may have to do with my computer but i was wondering if someone could tell me what i have to upgrade to get this working, is the fact that i dont have an external sound card enough ram. What do I need to get these drum tracks working smoothly. I tried lowering the io buffer to 64 and it didn't help. I also moved the plug in delay setting to off. Thanks for any help

    I'm running logic pro 9 on a macbook, os x 10.5.7, 2.4 ghz inter core 2 duo

You need to go larger on the I/O buffer.. try 128 or 256.
