Logic X Loops greyed out while being on hard drive

I've got lots of loops which are greyed out in the loop browser, while those loops are in a folderder on HD>library>Audio>Apple Loops>Apple. When double clicking on the greyed out loops additional content is downloaded. After the reindexing of the loops the same loops are still reported missing.
Anyone any idea how to solve this?

    Try this:
    - Navigate in your User Library>Application Support>Logic. Drag the LoopsDatabaseV09.db file to your desktop. (I had two files: V08 and V09. What you see in the screen shot is what appeared after the reindexing process.).

    - Reindex your Loops

    - Once reindexed, you may have to Quit, then Restart Logic. I didn't have to do that.
