Hi all, I upgraded from the old faithful last pc version a few months back, what a treat! But recently I have been slowly converting my old pc tracks so u continue them on Mac, more a task than I had hoped for. Most issues I have found a way around, except one.
I have some tracks where a noise gate us triggered by a sidechain to another sound shuttering a pad, this still works if the gate is set at or below 80ms hold time, but in one track I had it at 140ms and now in logic 8 and 9 it does nothing, it just sounds like a pad again.
If anyone has any idea why this may be I would deeply appreciate any help.
