    Hey Guys,

I want to record two external midi keyboards - two people at once -

(one via USBmidi & another via RME FF800 Midi)

to two channel strips (Logic pro) simultaneously.

Now, after some research it seems to be even less clear than before.

Know about MainStage, but Logic can do it too if I could learn it :)

    Any help/hint/advice would do.

    Hi,
    Follow the steps:
    1. Go to the Logic Settings->Recording and enable "Autodemix by midi channel..."
    2. Set different midi channels in the external keyboards - for example keyb A (ch.1); keyb B (ch.2).
    2. Select the 1st Midi track in the Logic arrange and set its midi channel to correspond to the Keyb A (in our example ch.1).
    3. Select the 2nd Midi track in the Logic arrange and set its midi channel to correspond to the Keyb B (in our example ch.2).
    4. Arm (R) both midi tracks in the arrange, hit record and play.
Note: during recording Logic will record the data on the selected track, but when you hit stop Logic will autodemix the midi data to the corresponding tracks.
    Regards,
