Hello.. I am running two Steinberg MR816CSX's with 16 analog outputs feeding a Dangerous 2bus. I recently added a MOTU 828mkII conected to the first MR8's via ADAT I/O's for additional outputs.

What out's should correspond with the first units ADAT outs.. 9-16?

I am using 1-8 for Analog out on unit A and 17-24 for Analog out on unit B.

I can tell you that with the 828 mk ll, the ADAT outputs, as they appear in Logic, begin with the output pair 15-16. So they are:

    15-16
    17-18
    19-20
    21-22

    Eli..

My setup is described below. Analog 1-8 and 17-24 are my Analog outs.
The 828mkII IS working as an A-D on channels - 9-16..

I have to "reconfigure" the 828 for A-D or D-A operation. When configured as an A-D it works. When configured as a D-A it does not.:errr:
