Track Stacks & Control Surfaces

    Hello -

Is there any way to disable the display of Track Stacks on Control Surfaces?

In my case, I use Track Stacks only for organization of tracks, not for summing. Nevertheless, the name of each Track Stack itself will and unnecessarily occupy a channel on the control surface (Mackie Control Universal Pro). I would prefer that these not appear, since they both waste space and can be confusing, and I do not wish to accidentally change the level of the track stack.

    Any advice welcome.

Have you considered hiding them altogether?

Yes, that works, but negates some of the usefulness of Track Stacks; keeping them visible in the Arrangement allows one to group, collapse, expand.
