Logic X Tranfering Pro Tools sessions to Logic (AAF)

HI, I've got a heap of old PT sessions that I'm tranferng into Logic X. Just wondering if anybody has any tips to make this easier. In particular I'd like to know if there is a way to transfer (via AAF) without creating heaps of duplicate files.

In these sessions I have loads of tracks with snippets of audio repeated. Usually in Logic all repeated sections of the same audio file would just refer to the one audio file (in the audio bin) however when exporting the AAF, PT creates a separate new audio file for every little bit that is repeated, so it ends up being really messy.

Any easy solution for this? I've got lots of complex sessions to transfer so individually replacing duplicate files is not really an option...

    Thanks!
