    Hi,
Please excuse me if this question has been asked before ( i can't find the answer anywhere else).

My current set is Logic Studio, running on an Intel quad G5. OX 10.4.11. I have a Focusrite Saffire interface.(midi /in /out)
I would like to know how to connect a Korg x3 (midi thru/in/out), and a Yamaha digital piano ( in/thru/out)and to logic via midi to allow me to be able to play two seperate instruments/vst /pluggins at the same time. I also have a digital drum kit which I would like to connect.

What type of interface do I need. That would allow me to complete the above?

I previously ran g4 with a Studio 64x midi controller , with the same keyboards mentioned above. But I have been told this will not work with my new system, there is no connecting lead from the 64x that will fit the Saffire.
Any advice would be really helpful and appreciated
    Regards
    NSR

    Hi Mark,
I took your advice. Yesterday I purchased a MOTU Micro Lite which provides 5 MIDI IN, 5 MIDI OUT, giving me 80 MIDI channels.
It was very easy to set up , and am I really pleased with it.
    Thanks again
