GENERAL INFORMATION

Q: What is the Logic Users Group?

The Logic Users Group is a community of Logic users who either do or wish to compose and/or record music using Apple's Logic Pro or Logic Express Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) software. Members share tips, help each other use the software, and talk about any other Logic- or music-related issues. The Logic User Group began in 1994, and was started by Emagic employee Fokke de Boer as an email discussion group. Between the web forum and the old Yahoo LUG mailing list, there are over 23,000 registered members of the LUG.

This forum is not an official support site for Apple, Inc. To directly contact Apple, Inc. please use Apple's Logic feedback pages. For Logis Studio:

for Logic Express:

or the Leave Feedback link in the Logic software.

Q: What is the Logic User Group's official language?

The LUG contains members from nearly every background and nationality possible, and we are very proud of that! Because of this diversity we ask that you all use the English language to communicate on our list.
